Royal Caribbean will send a total of nine ships to Europe in 2013.

The Legend will divide its summer between the Italian homeports of Civitavecchia and Venice, offering western Mediterranean cruises from the former and Greece/Turkey cruises from the latter.

The Vision in May and August will sail Scandinavia itineraries from Copenhagen. There also will be a British Isles cruise.

In previous deployment announcements, Royal Caribbean said that the Independence, Adventure and Brilliance will be based in the U.K.; the Liberty and Serenade will operate from Spain; and the Navigator and Splendour will cruise from Italy.
