Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) today launched a YouTube channel, Cruise Industry TV at youtube.com/cruiseindustrytv to provide visually compelling content on the value of cruising and industry operational practices. “Cruise Industry TV highlights the diverse experiences and destinations the cruise industry provides for over 20 million passengers worldwide each year,” Duffy said. “It also provides a wealth of information on our industry’s operational practices in important areas such as safety, security, health and the environment.”
The youtube.com/cruiseindustryTV channel features three primary sections: Cruise Vacationers, Travel Agents, and Industry Practices. The Cruise Vacationers playlist features the latest cruise trends and innovations that create memorable vacations, including footage of the industry’s ships and destinations, as well as the latest onboard dining, entertainment, and stateroom innovations. The Travel Agent playlist includes videos that offer tips and features on helping vacationers book their latest cruise and features information from CLIA’s travel agent training and certification programs. The Industry Practices playlist includes videos that highlight cruising’s operational practices in a wide range of areas.
