Cunard forced to cancel cruise following Queen Victoria power failure

UK-based Cunard Cruises has been forced to cancel a planned voyage after the Queen Victoria vessel succumbed to mechanical failure. A partial failure in propulsion meant the ship was unable to reach top seeds, with the vessel presently off Portugal.
